BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Lulu Benson, a chutney fanatic from an early age, has had a varied and dynamic career. Starting out as a radical intellectual studying Russian in Newcastle, running banned material into Russia for dissidents such as Andrei Sacharov, she soon moved on to the distinctly more hair-raising pursuit of raising a family. Founder of a successful framing business and most recently of the highly successful Edinburgh boutique, Arkangel Fashion, Lulu is now returning to her true vocations: condiments and entertaining on a truly medieval scale.
Charlotte's career as a radical student was so radical she can't remember much of it. Since those undoubtedly cutting edge nights and rather fuzzy headed Oxford days, she has run orchestras, horses and B&B's and published several books whilst raising two children. All this was of course merely preparation for her latest masterwork, a homily to the tradition of tracklements, her latest novel One World, One Chutney premiering on October 22nd.
